Everyone has something to say but only the bad usually come forward. I would like to say that I like living here. The office staff is nice and have always been on top of any issue I had. My apartment is big and I like the creek setting. I had read the other reviews before I started looking and it put me on edge about renting here, but I made my decision after I came and talked to the staff and a few of the residents that I saw walking around. The noise here is not unusual for aprartment living. If you are expecting not to hear anything then aprtments are not for you. My neighbors have been considerate and for the most part quite. I have not heard any loud night time activties and I like the fact that kids feel safe to play outside. I do understand that all of Creekside Drive has a parking problem but that was not an issue for me. The main thing that I was looking for was a great school district. This community is in one of the best school districts in the state of California (look it up). I got everything that I was looking for. Thank you Creekside Glenn (Mandy) for making my move here and my stay a pleasant one. I would recommend this complex to anyone that is looking for a home.

I agree, the staff is really nice and helpful. Dave, Suzzane, and Mandy are great. They do whatever they can to keep this a nice and clean place to live. We have a great cleaning company that work six days a week to keep the grounds clean and lannscapers that keep all the grass and flowers pretty. We have a nice gym and pool. Plus none of us that live here are GHETTO!! I drive a BMW and make 200,000 plus a year, if that's GHETTO then what is Oakland-hell???
