We, my daughters and I, moved in 10/08. I was reticent at first because I've lived in the Creek for quite sometime and moved from a small, Mom and Pop type place that had 12 units, and wasn't sure I wanted to live in a corporately managed mega-complex off of what, over the years, we loving called Crackside Dr. But that fact that we got a great move in deal, have a very nice view of San Ramon Creek, and the place is about twice as large from whence we came, and I knew what we were walking into with the lack of parking, I'm pretty satisfied. I've read the interviews about management and I'm finding that Suzanne and Mandy have been nothing but responsive to issues, including a fairly serious one that is in progress. They both came up to our place to take a personal look at this problem. I was very impressed by that.

Yeah it can be noisy at times. Wow, noise in a mega-complex that houses probably 700 or more people, where people have differing schedules' Oh..my..god. If you're expecting monastery type quiet, don't move here. If you're tolerant and understand that this place was built during a time that quantity > quality as far as sound goes, then you could do worse. And yeah parking sucks. It's Creekside, home of about 6000 people all in apartments. It's challenging to find a street spot if you need one sometimes but we haven't not found a spot yet. If those things pain you too much, then I wouldn't move here. But there are enough upsides to at least take a look. But East Oakland' I don't think that the person that posted that has even been to the East O, let alone live there. I work there. This is not there from what I've seen.

i have been here 2 years and i love it. mandy is great she has been always helpful. the new girl melissa is nice too, and dave always does my repairs on time.
