this place sucks... my old roommate my boyfriend and my car all got vandalized... the staff is rude and doesn't do jack ----... there was a fire in the dumpster and no management came out and did anything and the people (including my fiance and my best friends fiance) had to put it out on there own. There are some nice people that live there but a lot of them are rude. Don't move to these apartment! there horrible!!!
parking is horrible! u have one spot and if you cant find any visitors spots then u have to park like a mile away and the neighbors in the houses are so rude!
Its not insulated to it gets really cold at night and you can hear when the neighbors have there music up just a little or TV... and you can hear them talking.
Maintenance it takes them a while to get to you. Better just fix everything your self!
These people just take your money and don't respect or treat u Farly.
The laundry room is in the garage and is not a very nice place... its dark!
you can hear every little thing with your neighbors around you the walls and ceilings are not vaulted! they dont even have insulation! when we moved in our apartment the shower head, stove, A/C sliding screen door and Garbage disposal did not work! we called management it took them a month out of the 6 we were there for them to fix it. and we have a baby!
when we first moved in our building had 21 appartments and every month a couple families moved out. when we moved out 6 months later, 14 of the 21 apartments were empty for months.

Yeah, I didn't have quite the problems you did, but the management company is stupid and only sees dollar signs, not logic. Mandy in the office was GREAT! Suzanne tried, I think she was just too busy. The walls are paper thin, no insulation. Luckily I had an end unit on the top floor, but sometimes I could hear my downstairs neighbors' tv above mine! And I agree - cold in winter, hot in summer. On hot summer days, you can put your hand to the wall and physically feel the warmth from the sun coming in through the wall. Oh! And now I see on Craigslist they're renting my apartment for $1100. They wanted $1400 from me WITH A YEAR LEASE and $1550 without, which was ABSURD given these times. Now they've got it on Craigslist for $1100. Serves them right! You could've had a rented apartment for years to come since I'm working at Kaiser right down the street and going to school in the medical field and hoping to continue to work at that hospital... but instead you pushed me out to renovate my apartment to get more money for it...and now look, it's empty. Karma is a -----.
