I recently moved into this complex, and it is absolutly terrible:

1. The pool is swarmed with at least 10-15 screaming kids each and every day. They scream and throw things and are completley rude. They look in peoples apartments and management does nothing about it. The pool is "heated" so they say, often it is cold, and each tenant brings like 5 friends to come and scream all day. The pool is open "24/7" so anyone that lives near there is screwed

2. The walls are super thin. I hear conversations with the couple that lives above me, and you hear every creek when they walk on their carpet. It is incredibly loud in every aparment, single pane windows, terrible upgrades. (they say two toned paint, but it is really only one tone, you'd have to tell someone it is two toned for them to really look and find it)

3. Management-they do not care about their tenants at all, if you give them a complaint they will pretend that it is important to them, and then do absolutly nothing for you. They can't make any decisions on their own, or they are afraid to tell you no. So they say "we talked to our VP, and they said no" and that's it.

4. Parking-there is no where to park. There are always vacancies in this place, but they dont put guest parking on the parking spot because they are too lazy. It's ridiculous, so everyone gets screwed because they don't want to put a guest parking sign on an empty spot.

Never move in here, they are completely inflexible and you will be sorry once you move in.

I had lived there. And I totally agree with the author of the post. Don't move there!!! Terrible apartments.

Wow I completely disagree with the review from the author. The pool doesnt have screaming kids during the day. Recently there were some parties thrown at the pool BUT the complex got strict on regulations right after. The management is extremely helpful and do whatever they can to try and accomadate their tennants. I've had an issue with my original deposit and they took care of me! The pool closes at 10pm and its rare if people sneak out to the pool past that time. Parking isnt the easiest because each apartment is allowed on parking space...however whenever they do have available parking they put up signs of "guest parking" until a tennant moves in. Creekside Glen is an awesome place to live. Nothing in this world is perfect but the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. Apparently some people just have a negative attitude which diminishes their outlook.
