Screaming people at the pool everyday, You can hear them from anywhere in the complex. Every hall in the complex smells like stale dog pee, and has stains. The management is incredibly dumb, they do nothing to help their tenants. They allow people to be loud and obnoxious and encourage it because they feel it is good for customer service.

Do not move in, they will tell you you can break your lease and it is a complete like to get you to sign a lease. Pay an extra $10 and get a better place elsewhere in Walnut Creek. Parking is horendous

Apartment 608 has about 20 people living inside one apartment, and they all come to the pool area to shower instead of using their own place. They scream and wear t-shirts in the pool.
