nothing special but a good deal

well 875 a month for a 650 sq ft 1 BR apt is not bad. Even though the place does not look like much on the outside, the apartments are simple, but nice, on the inside. Everybody gets one small, covered parking spot. Additional or visitor parking is not available, not even on the street.
All in all, this place is a decent value for the money, compared to what other places charge for rent around here.
