The Good News:

Management is very professional and waists no time in fixing any issues. Close to downtown shopping plaza, makes for a nice long walk. Landscaping is rather modest, and decently maintained. Onsite laundry, two swimming pools, one covered parking space per unit, elevator for some of the upper units, AC in all units. Gas heat & Water are paid, DSL is available. It's a very quiet place to live and small pet are allowed.


The Bad News:

Parking on Creekside Drive is a nightmare, you only get one parking space per unit and there is NO parking for visitors/guests. Only two community features Pool & Laundry room. Pools are frequently locked up, Laundry room consists of only 5 washers and 5 dryers for this 80-something apartment complex that are always busy and one always seems to be out of order. Windows are thin so it's difficult to keep the temperature at a comfortable level; you'll be running the AC on high all day in the height summer.
