Creekside Terrace is undoubtedly a value. The management team is never in the office and does not respond to repair requests. It is obvious that they are incompetent and simply have taken the job since it provides a free apartment. I have heard of people having A/C units and heaters broken for months. 5 washing machines are available yet only 2 are working at the moment. I am planning on moving from this complex, which belongs in Concord along with its management.
