comfy, but they raised the price out of reach

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
rented a studio apartment for $775 a month but rent was raised 0 to $1000/mo with just 30 day notice, after 1 year. I had to move. The on-site manager there is very nice though (they aren't the ones that raised the rent). I think a 1 bedroom is about $1600/mo fyi
