Before new owners, for a 2 bedroom, one bath, rent was $50 cheaper and included water garbage. Now with new owners, rent went up $50 and residents have to pay for water garbage. Skateboarding kids play in the parking lot next to the cars and all that ever gets done is the manager telling them no, but there is really nothing done to permanently get rid of that problem. There is no security here with open entrances/exits. People from the road use this parking lot as a short cut to another road to bypass the street light. Cars have been egged by anonymous people and the window of a car got broken into and either management or owners refuse to give any type of security here (cameras, gate, etc.) I didn't really have anything to complain about before new owners took over, but now there's something to complain about. There is lots of noise being next to a busy street but that's what you get for being next to a busy street. But there are lots of people who are loud in the parking lot when returning or leaving from their unit. Complex building is not in good shape but the owners are fixing that landscaping.
