Regret my decision to rent this apartment

I was in hurry and didn't read reviews before renting. New tenants please take time to read the reviews.
-- They are raising the rent almost 20-25%.
-- No maintenance whatsoever. My bathtub takes 5 min to drain, complained 3-4 times already no response.
-- Utiilities $75 for 1 bedroom, i rented a 2 bedroom earlier at different location and used to be $40-45.
-- Very nosiy.
So if you are spending that kind of money better look for a different complex.
