1440-1450 Creekside Dr is now called Diablo Pointe Apartment. The new management who has just bought this apartment complex is trying to cut their cost so hard that unfortunately they choose to sacrifice the interest of the tenants. The give all kinds of excuses not do the repair or maintanance. I agree with another review that they just patch the problem rather than fix it. One of the bad things they do is to accuse the tenant causing the problem when a repair is requested, even though the problem comes from a normal wear and tear. It is an old apartment, the appliances and fixtures are old too. There are better choices in the same area.
