Don't Move In

I would not move into Diablo Pointe Apartments. Everything is outdated and they do not want to upgrade. Unfortunately, I lived in the apartment complex too long and have a long list of issues. The balcony collapsed above my patio collapsed, a rotted tree had a massive branch fall in a wind storm that fell into someone's apartmnet, my garbage disposal clogged up and flooded the apartment twice, one time, the heat was out for 3 days due to a gas leak (in the winter), the pool has been closed multiple times, there is a lot of noise, there's no parking, my car was broken into twice, and in general I didn't feel safe. (One time, someone was in my backyard peering in my apartment - creepy!) I would not recommend anyone move in there, unless you can't afford anything else. I moved in when I didn't have much $ and stayed until I finally could afford another place. I'm upgrading!
