I liked living there

It gets really hot in the summer and the small AC unit in the living room doesn't make summer time in Walnut Creek a pleasant experience but overall I liked living there. The apartment manager always fixed my problems and the location is just wonderful. If you plan on being there during the summer I would suggest buying a small AC unit for the bedroom or you won't be able to sleep.
Parking is an issue and my gf got towed after parking there for an hour in someone's else spot. There are only one spot per unit.
