Inattentive management, paper-thin walls, and spiders made my experience less than enjoyable

I rented a downstairs apartment and was very excited about the large amount of space. But because the building is old, there are LOTS of spiders and the management was not attentive to fix the problem. The neighbor actually had a tarantula in her bathroom sink. Still nothing changed. You can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors are doing from music to TV to using the restroom. The onsite manager doesn't know how to fix anything so having him come to fix the heating system or mini-blinds was pointless. Additionally, when you call the main office (SPM - Stephens Property Management), the people there act as though you are bothering them rather than being helpful and friendly. I would not recommend this complex unless you need really low rent because you get what you pay for ($995 2/1).
