I lived in the Evanal Gardens apartments a couple years ago while it was still under it's original management. The manager was one of the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met. The only complaints that I had about the apartments were loud neighbors (had to call the police on) and a severe spider investation (managment tried to assist us as much as possible to rid of them).

New management eventually took over and the evicted everyone and hiked the rates up by over twice as much as we were paying. New managment was the opposite of what we had been dealing with and we ended up moving.

My ratings are based on the old management. I would not recommend moving in to these apartments under their new management.
