I've lived here since it was the evanal apartments, since the new management bought the complex it's become the Montreaux, and now finally Diablo Pointe. No matter what you call it, this place is horrible. The management sucks, everyone has an excuse for not doing there job as management. They've become experts at taking your money, and ripping you off for it. The AC in the units are completely ineffective and outdated yet management refuses to do anything. They started painting the complex and stopped half way after getting the primer coat on most of the complex and about 10% of the complex actually got painted. I guess they thought it looked good enough. There's dry rot everywhere, they've combined buildings with the adjacent property making it impossible to do laundry, because there's so many welfare losers who sit around all day and constantly occupy the facilities. There must be some sort of crackhead special out there because the quality of people who have moved in since it was Evanal is consistent with your local gang banging crackhead losers. Oh, and as all the rents in the area were dropping Diablo Pointe or Montreaux or whatever you want to call it, kept insisting that the market rate was the hiked up rate I was paying for the majority of my horrible stay here. They are scam artists who don't give a ---- about the tenants, only the monthly checks. Oh ya, and some freakin' moron decides to buy a piano and bang on it for hours at a time, I guess he thinks he lives in a nice isolated home in the hills or something. This place just sucks. I'm moving out in the next few weeks, don't be fooled, don't make the mistake. don't live here.
