The complex itself is great. The apartments are beautiful and well thought out (save a few closet-size issues), the views may be almost entirely interior to the complex, but they maintan the property well and it's a pleasure to be out on the balcony enjoying the location to its fullest.

Only one problem I ever noticed, and this seems to be a common theme with this whole street!! Parking parking parking. No matter how big your apartment is, This complex only allocates one space per apartment. If you are in a roommate situation, be prepared to pay more rent if you take that space, since your roommate will quickly get fed up with the lack of parking spaces elsewhere. Parking on the street is very difficult, and likely you will wake to your car having been towed if you do decide to risk it.

Again, the complex and apartments are great, but think about an entirely different area (Not on Creekside Dr.) if you need more than one space.
