Four times this month (October) there has been absolutely no warm/hot water in the morning. Nothing has been corrected to solve this problem as of yet.

Parking is a nightmare if you have 2 cars or guests.

Driving down the street feels like you are driving in a video game. You never know when a car or person will jump out at you.

The heating and air conditioning is not sufficient. It only heats or cools one room and almost as soon as it is turned off it returns to it's original state.

The streets can be noisy at night.

The management makes no effort to talk to a chain smoker who lives below us about the problem is causes us.

Laundry machines often go out of service.

Rent is too expensive for what you get and the staff acts friendly but provides no service.
