Recently it's gotten worse and worse...I've lived here for quite a while, take my advice, steer clear! (waiting to move myself, in a lease unfortunately) The washing machine was stolen (they tried for 2 but only got 1), the art off the wall was stolen, handicapped lady screams at the TOP of her lungs from the parking area at night, homeless man on bike w/a backpack rummages through all the garbage dumpsters and salvages things (I had recent internet fraud on my checking acct and I now shred EVERYTHING), parking is still a nightmare, ant problems when it rains, balconies are unsafe w/dryrot, neighbors blare their music, leasing office staff are anything but customer service oriented and are unprofessional and straight-up RUDE!!!, strange drugged up man hanging around the main entrance and tried to corner me while I tried to get in the building, locks on building doors and to the garage CONSTANTLY are broken and don't work (no security) and solicitors knock on my door and yell at you if you don't answer, rent increases of up to $265.00 at one time, outrageous!!! I've seen countless different leasing agents here, no one stays long, go figure!!! I've even complained to the property mgmt company and eventually new staff came along, not any better sadly! Driving down Creekside IS like being in a video game, watch out for the cops, kids, cars, jay-walkers, druggies and people on bikes cause you might not get out alive!!! Oh and the best of all....the homeless lady that walks around Walnut Creek pushing a shopping cart (has huge eyes with black eye shadow everywhere) lives in this apartment complex, no joking!!! She's not homeless now, but old habits must die hard cause she's still pushing around her Andronico's cart!!! Unless you have a wall-eye and can't see straight, steer clear of this place!!!!!!!!!!!
