I've lived here for 4 years and will be sad to leave. I absolutely love my apt. The 4th floor is best as it has a fireplace and very high ceilings. Though it faces 680, the noise is not too bad w/ window open and unnoticeable w/ windows closed.

While the turnover is high in the leasing office, I've generally had a fine expereince. Once one is moved in, there's not much more dealing with them anyway... The maintainence staff has been here longer than I and are great people!

Neighbors are generally friendly and helpful.

The rents are reasonable.

Cons: Parking! Like the other reviewer - one space is assigned and it can be very difficult to find parking for a 2nd car.

AC - The air conditioning units are not effective for the 100 summer temperatures. If heat is an issue for you, suggest getting a unit that faces East or is on a lower floor.
