Good if you like living in a college dorm

I am please w/ the location, the way the apt. looks, and the new staff. However, we live around a lot of St. Mary's college students as well as other "college people". So a lot of loud parties on weekends and even some during the week. I agree w/ the other postings you can hear EVERYTHING! from others around you. VERY ANNOYING! try to live on the top floor or it will sound like elephants live above you. Staff very nice, but I think too nice... they let a lot of stuff slide (i.e. loud music)
