The staff is nice, but sometimes not really helpfull when it comes to issues w/ other tenants ( i.e. noise, hard walking, smoking). i wish they were more strict. the plumbing in these units (haved lived in 2) is pretty bad- it is VERY disruptive when anyone takes a shower or uses the sinks. no central air/heating. work orders are done same day, the units themselves are spacious- esp the 4th floor! i have always felt safe, no problems w/ security.
