We've lived here one year now. We plan to stay awhile. The outside and inside of the buildings are keep up well. The staff is very friendly. There are two pools that are not heated. They do keep them really cleaned. You'll here the plumbing pipes from other apartments in the living room and bedrooms everytime the showers are run. After awhile you don't really notice it. You're only assigned one parking place. There are guest parkings available. Take the guest parking first then save the assigned parking for the car that arives late. They're very strict about outsiders parking here. There are signs up everywhere warning you about parking here. They will tow you without notice. The ticket is $256.00. I've always felt safe coming home late. Laundry rooms are very clean. There is a downside if you have kids. They is no place to play outside.
