High rent, no security and badmannered leasing personnel.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
A little while ago my bike was stolen and the leasing office manager filled a report. The next day my car was broken into and they filled a report. Whats wrong' In the contract there's a clause that frees the apartments of any responsability, yet they didnt even have the courtesy to call the cops for me. I am trying to try to file a claim, but for this i need the owner's or supervisor's phone number.
It's sorry that for 1.3 grand a month one doesnt even deserve just a "I am sorry about it, let me call the police for you"
I am really dissapointed.
