AS i am reading the comments on this website i am very appalled about what people have written. Yes there are parts of creekside that are bad just like any other city. Walnut Creek isn't perfect, there's no perfect place to live and sometimes there are a few bad apples in a bunch. I don't think the management staff should be so negatively talked about. They have guidlines that they have to follow and why should they put there jobs on the line for just anyone. They have a job to do, they have bigger people making sure they are doing their job just like anyone with a job you try to do you best. Personally knocking down a leasing agent because of her size that has nothing to do with it. I think people who are writing this are bitter people with nothing better to do! I have always felt safe here and i will continue to live here as long as i can. The thing about the bike, why does management get a bad name for that, you told them and seriously there is nothing they can do it's in the contract about how management isn't responsible for any missing, damage or stolen property. They keep the apartment nice, secure, and in good shape. They do the best they can!! I believe this place has changed since the last couple of years and it's a wonderful place to live. Not too expensive, close to downtown, wonderful school district and just an overall beautiful place on Creekside.
