I've lived at the 4 Seasons since 2002 and have written reviews before for it, always favorable. Unfortunately, my opinion on the complex has changed over the last few months so that now I'm at the point where I'm looking to move.

First, know that they are planning on turning the complex in to condos starting next year, so if you plan on staying for awhile you will probably not be so lucky.

Secondly, the type of people living in the complex has gone downhill in the last year or so. The hallway on my floor always smells like pot smoke in the afternoons now.

I've never had trouble with the management, they've always been helpful and nice, so they're not a problem. It's just a general negative feeling I get from the complex now, combined with the fact we will all probably be kicked out next year for the condo switch-over.
