I have lived at the complex for almost two years now. The complex might be turning into condos in the future, but we just got a letter the other day that it will be AT LEAST a year before the city decides. I lived in a complex before that turned into condos, and they took a long time to get approves also. It was almost 3 years before we actually had to move out. The other people that live here seem to be freaking out about it. Overall, I've been generally happy here. I can hear my neighbors occasionally at night, when they're walking around or watching TV, but that's pretty much expected in an apartment. My only complaint is the parking, Creekside has lots of apartments, and most of them don;t have extra parking so the street fills up quickly. My roommate and I have a pretty good system, whoever gets home first grabs open parking, usually that works. I just wanted to add comments since I saw some negative one on here, and I hadn't had any trouble here. Also, the staff has never been rude to me, the girls in the office are always very friendly and the maintenance guy is nice too.
