first of all, the parking is horrible. If you have a roommate, or frequent visitors DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! I have been without a spot many times, and for what we pay for rent, there should be a guaranteed spot for each of us. All anyone needs is a note saying that they are a visitor, and they can take the spots that are already scarce. Without a note you will be towed, and its no fun to pay the $200 to get it out. The walls are not bad, as long as you dont live near the couple who get busy 4 nights a week... they keep their windows open so you can hear them.At night, often on the weekends you can hear people partying in the parking lot, and blasting thier music. Fire alarms do go off, and the security cant figure out how to turn them off. The hallways smell like urine and moldy food. Some of the management is ok, talk to the women, they are much more willing to work with you. And the security is a joke, the only reason he comes around is for the commission on the towing. Thank goodness I dont have much longer on my lease, every day here gets worse and worse! So best of luck if youve already signed your lease, this place is a joke!!!
