I lived at Four Seasons for about 15 Months. The reasong why my roommate and I stayed there so long was because it was a great location. That's it. The parking was horrible. The apartment staff was so rude and unattentive. One night there was a random car in our reserved parking spot and when I called management and Security, the Security guard had the nerve to yell at me. When I finally moved out they robbed us of our deposit. We left the apartment ---- and span, the floor was so clean you could eat off of it. But they charged $120 for cleaning, $110 for paint, and $140 for carpet. Too bad they don't know that it is illegal for them to charge you for this. I am taking them to small claims court. Thats all I have to say. It was a horrible experience and I am so happy that I am no longer living here.
