When I moved here I signed a 6 month lease, but it went so well I ended up staying for 2 years. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. Whenever something needs to be fixed it is done instantly. The buildings are kept spotless and at a great temperature. I never had to use my heat and rarely my air conditioning. The pools and grounds are maintained spotless thanks to the hard working maintenance. There was always available laundry Machines and friendly neighbors plus total peace and quite. For being on creekside the parking wasn't too bad especially lately. Their security guy is great too and I always felt safe, even coming home from work at midnight. The only down side would be for the expense of rent I wish the units had newer and more cosmetic appliances, counter tops and cabinets. The place could use some remodeling to go with the quality of everthing else. All and all I appreciate having such a nice stay.
