I had the horrifying experience of visiting this place. We met with one of the managers who very quickly killed our desire to live there. I believe we interrupted a drug session when we got there because this man was acting very twitchy and well, you know them when you see 'em. After raving about how the open unit next to his was very special, which I don't understand because I am looking for a peaceful neighbor, not a druggy, he showed us 2 more units and that's where it started to go downhill. I had previously visited 10-12 apartments and after seeing the view from the second unit, I was ecstatic, and knew I wanted the place. Then for some reason he started venting about the last tenants and how horrible they were. I told I had heard enough, yet he insisted he finish. When I asked what the sg ft was on all 3 units, it took him about 5 minutes to say that they were 1100,1200, and 1300, he basically didn't know. I thought that kind of sounded wierd, since townhouses are usually bigger that a regular 2 bedroom.Also, they were all priced at 1425' As much as I was trying to beat it out of him, he wasn't straight with me when I asked their charges for cleaning when I move out. By that time I was pretty sad that this place was a no. When I got back to the office, he started haggling me about paying a deposit to hold it. He started arguing with me when I told him that he wasn't listening to what I was telling him. "I don't have the money right noooowwwww!"
I have never come across this behavior before and if you're thinking about moving there, I hope you have a better experience than I did. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
