Ivy Hill is a very nice complex.
Well maintained and the noise level is not bad at all, expcept the courtyard area.
I know I'm going to get skewered for saying this but this complex has a terrible problem with low income renters acting like low class trash.
From the loud music to the loud talking, ever damn issue I've had is with affordable housing tenants who don't give a damn about anyone else but themselves.
Management is obviously scared to say anything for fear of being perceved as racist or unaccoomodating.
I got tired of paying $1850 a month to listen to people screaming and rap music played at ear splitting volume at 2 am.
Most of the office staff are good people but there is this one 'drama queen' (and he knows who he is) who is just useless.
