I have lived her for a year. i am a LOW INCOME resident, and have had not bad experiences. The staff is very nice and easy to get along with. i dont plan on moving out until its time to buy a home.

Just call the office staff and tell them you want to get a below market rate unit; they will tell you what the requirements are. As long as you are within the income limits, you should have no problem getting one unit. Good luck.
