I have been living at Ivy Hill for the last year. The office staff provided excellent service from the moment I submitted my application. When I moved in they made the transition easy and helped eliminate what could have been a stressful situation. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Those complaing about security...have you ever looked up the crime rate in Walnut Creek' Have you compared it to other bay area cities' The crime rate is actually high for the city in general...its not the safety of the building we live in! Crime is going to happen no matter where you live, especially in apartments. To think you will never have break-ins in a high rise building, with a parking garage next to the freeways is complete arogance.
