First I would like to point out about a previous review. I know my neighbors are low income and they are white. It has nothing to do with skin.

Now I know this place is nice...on the outside however I do believe the people they let in here are insane. Very trashy. I am hispanic so you cant pull the race card with me and I can definetly tell you it is all the low income residence they let move in. And they do NOT set limits with them either.

Car break ins are very high and if you read the only two reviews that sound perfect they OBVIOUSLY have been written by the managers office. Have you ever heard of an apartment complex having NO issues'' being PERFECT!'

Their efforts on dealing with crime is very very poor. They play the ditzy role with you. You just have to call the cops , not management when you have a problem. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

I've lived here for a year and drive one of the nicest cars in the parking lot. No one has ever broken into my car. I'm also white and have a 6 figure income. That might seem like it's below the poverty line to you, but that's above the mean income for San Francisco and I know of at least 4 other white residents that make as much or more.
