There are a lot of pluses at the Keys. The grounds are lovely and with the exception of occassional overwatering, well tended.The gym facility is nicely appointed and the pools well maintained.The keys has many functions in which you can become involved if you so choose. With the exception of an out of control downstair neighbor, in general the folks are pretty nice. There is plenty of cultural diversity which always gives an interesting mix. Now the minuses. Cars are not safe in the assigned parking spaces(i've had mine broken into 3 times). Management is a definite problem. The front office staff is rude and does not follow up on issues. The property attendants are disorganized and willing to assume any complaint made one neighbor to another is fact without so much as an investigation.
