Average -- nice grounds, extra noise insulation but noisy outside at night.

Have lived in the Keys for about 2 1/2 years in a Jr.
1 bedroom and an efficiency apartment and on both sides of the complex.
Main drawback is that I've had to move twice because the owner sold (is selling).
Keep in mind the "400" side is about a year newer than the "300" side and is a little better maintained in my opinion.
Apartments were built with extra noise insulation so noise between apartment floors is not bad, but outside noise at night (near parking area) is bad.
Have had trouble with cigarette smoke coming through the vent system.
