I moved here two months ago on a six month lease, and I can't wait to move out. Again, like alot of reviewers are saying, these are supposed to be "luxury" condos. If luxury means boxy, floors/walls chipping, Orwellian looking grounds, many car break-ins--then, I'm sorry, I apparently don't know what luxury means. Management is unresponsive, ie, I had a diverter failure in my tub faucet, meaning water was uncontrollably pouring from it. It took management over 6 hours (!) to get an "authorization" --and me demanding them to sign a release of liability --to shut off the water for 10 minutes so a plumber could fix it! They are like the Keystone cops. For this kind of money (I pay $1200 for a Jr. 1 BR), you could do ALOT better in the Bay Area (and rents are dropping now!). I could go on and on about other issues, but I have a life to lead. Good Luck and keep looking.
