Overall OK, some very good points, and some really bad ones, so could be much better.

Individualy owned, so each owner will vary and each unit can vary greatly in appearance, cleanliness, etc.

The good:
- Mostly owner occupied
- Nice landsaping and well kept exterior
- Fairly quiet and well lit at night.

- Very calming to walk the grounds at night.
- The ducks and geese!
- Pools and spas nicely kept up, and there are three each.
- Great location! #1 advantage
- Common areas kept resonably clean.
- Good soundproofing between units.

The bad:
- No washer and dryers, only a common room that takes only quarters and there is no bill changers.
- Grand central station in the common areas until late at night.
- Inadequate parking if you have more than one car (only one assigned apsce provided), spaces avaialbel but requires a long walk; a bummer with groceries!
- Thay call them "luxery"...

huh'!'
- Storage unit on another floor, yet there is a storage unit right next to mine that a guy from two floors down uses.

The ugly:
- Interior halls and elevators are seriously ugly (70's disco look!) and in disrepair (but at least they are clean).
- Elevators feel as though they are ready to retire.
- Rocks placed next to parking spots, too easy to hit with your door Or when backing out.

What were they thinking' I saw a guy drag one 20 feet with his fron bumber the other day.
- Run-away sprinklers often hit your newly washed car.
- Cheap looking painted on stenciled numbers more suited for a prison than a condo complex (such as on the elevator doors, the tops of buidings, etc).

Can't they use decent looking plaques or something'
- Activity center, as with the interior of the units themselves, looks straight out of the disco era...

Yah baby..

.Let's boogie down!! So old it's almost retro..

but not quite.

Would have been ugly even in 1975.
