The pricing is a major plus and the staff seems helpful at first. Once you sign the lease that all stops. Once we were in the apartment tons of stuff went wrong, water pressure, clogged drains etc. Now there is mold in our apartment. The parking is also an issue, there is limited guess parking and our roomate has got towed twice sincewe have lived there. It's really not a safe place to live cars get broken into my attenea got stolen. I would suggest paying the extra money to live somewhere safer and nicer than this complex. Not to metion the laundry is priced way too high. I can get it done cheaper at the laundry mat.
