I lived there for the last 3 yrs. and things were great. I only moved because I got a job offer in a different state. First off maintenance is really good. They usually attend to a maintenance repairs on the same day. Management is good too, as long as you don t violate any of the rules or lease agreement she will leave you alone, which is expected. Safety is good that I know of, we had night security that patrolled the area 8pm-6am. I personally did not have any issues with vandalism or anything of that sort, but the way the economy is, it can only be expected especially if your dumb enough to leave your windows open when your not home. Just take proper precautions like I did and you will be fine. The best thing about that place was the location it was walking distance to Bart, near both 680 north and south and near a lot of shopping centers. I also have a kid and his bus line used to be right around the corner of the complex, which was very convenient.
