Not fancy, but a comfortable, reliable, nice place to live.

There isn't a front office, the live-in managers take care of everything. They are very responsive and helpful.
Insulation is excellent! Rarely have to use heater or air conditioner, even in extreme weather. Noise is minimal.
Pool and hot tub always in working order. All appliances, including laundry room and community room, are always in working order.
Not fancy, no views, but a nice place to live.
Rooms are spacious.
3 stories, approximately 36 units. Elevator always working. Nice neighbors.
Gated parking, 1 covered spot per unit, plus plenty of extra spots within gate. Almost always parking on street.
Just got new carpeting in hallway.
