I heard good things about The Montecito, so I decided to take a look for myself. When I showed up I could not believe it. The leasing team was so rude, it felt like I was bothering them, they went out of there way to be unfriendly. I did not have an appt. so they (Dean Smith) would not tour me. No one was in the office waiting and in the ten minutes I was there no one came in. I scheduled an appt. for later in the week, when I showed up the woman told me I needed to reschedule. At The Montecito luxury means laziness. I would never live at a community where the Management Team supports such poor practices. How Awful!!!
