I had the most incredibly positive experience at the Montecito. I was there for a little more than 6 months and was surprised at how first class the services and people are. It's a level of comfort, warmth and all-around great feeling that you don't often see in suburban areas. Moving from NY was very difficult for me. The awesome people, beautiful grounds, and really cool apartment made my transition so much easier. I highly recommend this place.
