The place is a beautiful place to live. Yes, you are going to pay more luxury prices here than you would at a 20-year old complex that isn't as close to downtown. The current leasing directors are more trendy than friendly; however, they will be gone after the units become condos sometime in Q4. The only thing really missing from the property is a pool. If you like luxury living and want to live close to downtown Walnut Creek, this is your place.
