The owner is the reason that the hallways are nasty and the laundry rooms are nasty and the garages are nasty. He doesnt like to pay his vendors he dosnt like to or care to put money into his property. While he live in a huge house in Brintwood he expects the management companies to pull miricals out of their buts. No can do no money unhappy vendors no work gets done and maintenence orders dont get completed. So I do suggest that you do not move here. Oh I almost they are infested with roaches, rats and spiders.

Is this the same situation for the townhouses on the premisis? My finance are/were considering moving into the townhouses, but I won't if bugs, mold and ------ managment persist.

I agree...this place is a s@#thole.........-------- peeing and vomitting everywhere...Not to metion the watch your boobs bounce in the fitness room...........THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in one of the townhouses. They pretty much suck as much as everything else. I FINALLY just got decent neighbors, but the upkeep of the grounds and common areas is pathetic. The pool was (is?) condemned by the health department. The fitness room's equipment is not kept in good working order. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing. Trash is everywhere at the street and sidewalk (include two condom wrappers just last week). I have only put up with this place as long as I have because I have a house being built and will be moving soon.
