The old management was great! There were things that needed fixing,but at least it was tolerable. The new management is horrible! The apartments are crappy and the grounds are dirty with spiders and webs everywhere. There is always trash overflowing in the parking garage which is dimly lit. Vehicles are vandalized frequently. Is there a maintenance guy'! I don't know! Never see them. Oh, and when they do show up, they don't fix things right the first time. Not only that, if they enter your appartment when you're not home be prepared for the possibility of missing items because they'll leave your door wide open for neighbors passing by to enter.
I had a serious mold issue in my apartment. Of course they covered it up with paint! rusty pipes means no drinking tap water. It's brown and dirty.

To summarize, this place sucks! Save your time, money and energy and do NOT rent here.
