I lived here for 9 months. I didn't think it was that bad of a place. We had the 2 story "town house" style appartment. There was a leak from the upstairs bath tub that ruined our computer. Crystal the old manager took care of it right away and even gave us some $ for the old computer. Two things that I didn't like was one the parking sucked if you had more than one car, and two some of the residence would stare at you when you walked by and some would make comments. I didn't feel safe when coming home alone at anytime of the day. A good thing is that it is very close to downtown!

I have two cars and even though parking is kind of cramped, I can always find parking within distance. If you know Walnut Creek, you will know that this entire city is a parking nightmare. It also depends on what time of the day you get home.
