over priced. apartment features (kitchen, doors, bathroom) are outdated. rude new manager. painters started preping the building for painting 6 months ago... and never finished... and it looks horrible. the walls are paper thin. you hear everything at all hours of the day. as the rent continues to go down... more loud college students are moving in. when the old manager left... everyone got pets. even though it says you cant have them on the lease. even the new manager snuck in a dog in. it takes forever to get repairs done. our mail gets stolen (packages from the front door). and as a reminder to everyone interested in moving here... you can move across the street and pay less... have a gated parking lot... and a modern apartment.
